Good quality stainless steel, cooks well, washes well
More than happy with the performance of these pans. We've had other stainless steel pans that you couldn't clean, everything you cooked stuck to it. Not so with Cuisinart pans, they cook evenly and clean perfectly with boiling water, which could be happier.
