The customer service team at exceed was able to help me figure out my issues quickly. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had about their product or what they could do for us as customers! We have not used all of the features yet but so far it has been great working together. There are some limitations with our implementation which we realized after going live today. It will be interesting how this plays itself out over time. Our goal is to provide better support for clients who use our products by helping them find answers quicker than before via chat bots. This allows one person to answer many calls rather than having multiple people trying to solve an issue simultaneously.
