Not very reliable equipment

Materials made from materials too light to withstand the listed 250lb force. The screws are too short. It's a waste of time to install and a waste of money to buy. Adding a 1/4" lag bolt to each side of the window frame, $0.50, gives a lot more protection...scrap.
