Got this timer today. The included instructions say batteries are included but they are not. Neither the description nor the pictures on Revain show or talk about a red flashing light for the set duration, which is a huge distraction for us, especially those with ADHD. The low volume is quite loud, so if you use it for a child, the others will be disturbed when it turns off. Love the fact that it has a separate counter window so you can see how much time is left. It is also made of hard plastic and is light in weight. I could see how it would crack if it fell off the table. Wishes - he had the ability to turn off the constantly blinking light; that the beep can be turned off and the cube will light up and/or flash when the time is up instead of beeping. It requires a little tweaking for $15.77.
