Fragile and malleable plastic - the design is doomed
The plastic in this product is too malleable and brittle. The fastening point of the gutter on the pipe broke off during installation in the cold (?!?!). There's no way those little plastic spokes could support the weight of the trough and the water pouring down, even if I could install them. This is a great idea but bad design. The softness of the plastic also caused the two parts of the gutter to separate when more than halfway extended (and that just held them in place and the heavy water didn't fill the channel).
