Biggest disappointment was that the paper stopper didn't stop anything (very loose). If I tilt the stamp, it just slides out; I had to glue it in place. Second, I think it would be difficult to punch more than 20 sheets at a time - I tried 20 (once) and it took all the strength I could muster to sink the pin. Now I use it for a maximum of 15 sheets at a time. Those stronger than me might find 30 hands doable, but I thought I was pretty strong and couldn't. Although the hole punch felt it could handle stress (I didn't). Finally, the sticker on the handle was a real glitch that had to be removed - it tears easily (weak paper/strong glue?) so only tiny bits come off at a time.
