Review on 🌬️ Fellowes AeraMax 200 Air Purifier with True HEPA Filter - Eliminate Mold, Odors, Dust, Smoke, Allergens & Germs by Josue Zepeda

**Change to 1 star after almost 3 years of experience with this model Two devices broke in 3 years. The design was not reliable. Both times the problems were related to the food. The first failed unit was turning on and off periodically, and the second unit was turning off and then on again. I'm still trying to replace the second unit, but I'm having a hard time contacting customer service to get a replacement. I do not recommend this brand. **Please check the high frequency noise before purchasing. in 2015 and a little over a year later it broke (the device would not turn on). Since it still has 3 years of warranty, the after-sales service offered to replace the machine. However, this is where the problem begins. The replacement machine makes a high-pitched noise that I can hear. It's not loud, but it's constant and due to the high frequency, the sound is unbearable. My old device (broken) had no problem with noise. I started searching online and found other customers reporting the same issue with the Aeramax200 and some reports of the AP300-PH (another Fellowes air purifier). One of the posts mentioned that the noise is not audible to all members of his family. I have contacted Fellowes Support again and have been asked to return the device to Fellowes for testing. The reply I later received from Fellowes was that they ran some tests but heard no sound. Then they brought me back the same car with noise. This is very frustrating as it took over a month to move the car back and forth and after a month I still don't have an air purifier in the bedroom.
