. The color payoff and blending ability of these pens is great and I definitely prefer my conte to be in.
The color payoff and blending ability of these pens is great and I definitely prefer my Conte in pencil form as I feel it offers more control. My only issue with these pencils was that they were difficult to sharpen - I've tried different types of pencil sharpeners as well as a utility knife and found it very difficult to sharpen them to the right point without breaking them. It would be nice if a sharpener was included that could work better with them. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend them.
