I am happy with my order of Maria's CanDscents-Mica Powder. This is a good mica powder pigment palette as all the colors are bright and vibrant. Mica powder is a great paint vehicle to have on hand due to its versatility and chemical compatibility with a variety of other products. It's very easy to use epoxy by mixing it into the resin or painting it into the silicone mold before pouring. It also works well for homemade cosmetics and body-safe items like bath bombs, shower steam generators, warming and pouring soaps, and candles. I've also used mica powder as a watercolor in the past, just mix with water and apply with a brush! Only after the water has evaporated does it need to be sealed. I love using mica powder as a mix for acrylic paint and acrylic paint. This allows me to add custom nail polish, lipstick, and eyeshadow colors to my dolls that I color. It looks the same as real people's makeup, but it's safer to use on the material my dolls are made of. I use this set to paint custom irises that I cast for my dolls.
