Got this for my husband's boss's birthday. He enjoyed it. As it's not mine I don't know how well it will hold up, but it seemed to be of normal quality. I just wish the mug itself was bigger. I think that's a typical diner mug size, but all my own coffee mugs are larger than this. Mainly because of the saying. If you're going to say you're the 'boss' and 'crush him' you need a good size so you can use it and not just show it off because if you reach for a coffee mug, you will (despite a cute saying) pulling after another because its size just isn't there. That's why I gave 4 stars. Less quality than design. Also, I really like this quote and if I ran another café I would get it for myself and also for the other café managers. I think they would all LOVE it and rock it! :)
