The ease of use of the program is the best thing about it. I can't tell you how many times I've had to contact Vertikal for help with something. They are always willing to help and are very knowledgable. I'm not sure I would call this a "free" program. If you are looking for a free program, this is not it. There is a small yearly fee to use this software. If you are looking for a quality program that is easy to use, this is it. We are able to track all of our patients in one place. I can easily access all of my patients' information from anywhere. This helps me to keep my patients' information up to date.
