Nice and durable in the kitchen and dining room
I've used it twice with chicken and steak and really don't know how the defrost plate works. So I can't say if it actually works for defrosting. The material looks nice and durable and is easy to wash. I find it's a good metal plate for defrosting meat and not just putting it on the kitchen counter.
