Last update: After problems with the original device, a new pen was sent free of charge from Ironzon. It arrived within a few days of the email notification. Installed a new device, works great. Although it took a while to fix the original faulty device, I am 100% satisfied with the new pen and Ironzon's response. I am planning to buy another handle from them for an extra door in our house. 5 out of 5 stars. Update: Ironzon contacted me and sent me a new device for free. I will update my review again when the item arrives and works properly. Thank you to the company for honoring the warranty and supporting their product. I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. He worked right through the return window with Revain and then left the next day. The login code no longer works, as does fingerprint recognition, and since the panel does not recognize any of the characters required for programming, it cannot be programmed. On a positive note, key entry allowed entry into our home in search of a replacement.
