Review on ๐Ÿš— Enhance Your Vehicle's Performance with Monroe OESpectrum 37030 Shock Absorber by Matt Pavelko

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does not meet OEM standards

01-08-2014 I recently noticed that when installing the shock absorbers I turned the washers inwards. Washers should face outward, according to the mechanic. For me the news that the guy is pretty solid though comes as a shock disappointment. Mainly because it's made in the USA and I expected better quality. There were also sharp edges, so be careful when handling. It seems that Monroe decided to make their hubs look like the original shims, so they didn't install the metal shims that touch the frame. I mean the top bushings had to be clamped between two washers. Now the upper bushings rest directly on the frame and do not sit on another metal disc.
