Review on ☕ Bodum PEBO Coffee Maker – Vacuum Siphon Brewer for Slow, Bold Flavor: 8 Cup, 1L, European Made, Black by Christine Green

This is the first coffee maker of this type that I have owned. I've had drip coffee makers in the past, the latest being the Cuisinart which has an internal carafe and a lever to pour coffee directly into the coffee cup. Let me tell you that I had no idea what my coffee actually tasted like until I used this Bodum Pebo vacuum coffee maker. I was skeptical of what I read and said the coffee would taste better. Let me tell you that my skepticism has vanished. Coffee really does taste better. Now I enjoy my coffee all over the northern plain. I also enjoy making coffee now, it's quite fun to watch this thing work its magic (maybe it'll fade over time being new and stuff) and it really doesn't last long. I use a heat diffuser on a gas stove set on slightly below average and it only takes about 10-12 minutes. It should be noted that (at least for me) more time is spent on care and cleaning. I'm willing to ignore it for the best coffee it produces and also for the coolness and fun.
