It's not easy to get out of shape without breaking a leg
It's almost impossible to get the frogs out of shape without breaking one of the legs or feet. Out of every batch we made, we've had one (sometimes zero) that didn't break. We tried many different methods to carefully remove them without damaging them. No matter how hard we tried to remove them, we almost always lost a foot or leg. We ended up buying a different shape (hard plastic) that worked much better.
