Instead of purchasing the older mixer because SMEG also launched one, I bought the new one for my collection. There was no doubt about which mixer to take because I used VTB bonuses. Right now, I've made multiple biscuits; everything is fine and convenient. Positives include the design's resemblance to other SMEG products, good nozzles, and an integrated timer. Cons: I had expected the maximum speed to be higher; there are no cord organizers; there is no bowl in the package (the bait bag definitely does not make up for the bowl); and I had anticipated that modern technology would be quieter mechanically.
