Snap has given us the ability to have a clear and easy way to communicate with our patients. With the ease of communication, we are able to get to the root of the problem when patient is not happy with their aesthetic results. We are able to give them clear and concise expectations based on their needs and desires. We have been able to have a much higher success rate in patient's expectations. We have had some issues with the software, but the customer support was amazing. We are able to show them what we can do with their smile as well as give them clear and concise expectations based on their needs and desires.
