ZEXMTE says it's Windows 10 ready but that's not my experience. After I installed the driver from the CD that came with it, the adapter worked properly. It was a bit of a hassle since my computer didn't have a working CD drive because someone still uses CD drives. I could not find the installation disc online. After the installation I saw that the Realtek Bluetooth 5.0 adapter showed up in my device manager. From what I've found online, if you don't see Realtek or Qualcomm in the Bluetooth section of your device manager, the adapter isn't configured. Once installed correctly, the adapter fixes the Bluetooth crashing issue I was having with my headphones. My smaller adapter couldn't handle interference from other Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices.
