I have two 2013 VW Passat 2.5 liter engines, this key/nozzle fits both. It's a must-have tool in your garage when changing the oil on these cars - the strap wrenches don't bite the plastic filter housing well enough to remove it, which is kind of odd. a size I could not find on local car networks. I insisted on getting it in the car after the first oil change, I had to use a couple of channel locks to take it off like a strap wrench. didn't get a good grip and I couldn't find an outlet like this the right size. VERY caution should be exercised when using channel locks as the housing is plastic and can be easily damaged if you use too much/uneven force. This is the right tool for the job.
