This item has a purpose in this world.

I'm gradually replacing some cables with Type-C cables. I envision a future where most devices will use Type-C for charging and file transfers. I bought them mainly to charge my phone and game controllers with Type-C. I've seen a huge improvement charging my phone with these adapters. Game controllers charge faster over Type-C. For that reason alone, this purchase was worth it.
