Stillman albums are the best I've found in my price range. I use the Beta (cold pressed) and Zeta (HP) series, very heavyweight watercolor papers. Superb and durable binding plus beautiful white paper. This is the best option if you are not willing to spend a lot of money on 100% cotton sketchbooks.
