Hello I had problems with it as soon as I received it but I was too lazy to return it and get another brand and I thought that it is could be better. Honestly, spend the extra money to get the best, it's a duet. I can barely get download speeds of 50-55MB/s+ when no one in my house is using WiFi. The store is horrible at 11-12. Also, I can never host the game or it just crashes or lags. This thing is so ridiculously slow I might go back to my old one that I've been using for the last 5-6 years. I am very disappointed not sure if I will look at their future products as this was a huge disappointment at over $100. Please don't promote this as a high quality streaming or gaming device that can exceed 2Gb/s when it can't even reach 100Mb/s.cmon
