I bought this bag for one purpose: to squeeze juice from cooked wild cherries. I was looking for a way to maximize juice yield (I really hate throwing produce away!). I also wanted a fairly concentrated juice. And I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This bag was perfect. Its size fits perfectly with the batch size I prefer. The cider bag would have been too big. It's also very durable - stronger than you might think. I very slowly and carefully compress the bag between the wooden blocks using a standard hydraulic press with a hand pump. The yield is excellent but the bones remain intact (I don't need cyanide in the jelly :)). Cleaning is easy with a nylon bristle brush and some dish soap. The bag can simply be turned inside out for cleaning. I am very happy with how this pack solved my juice extraction problem.
