There is absolutely no product, do not buy it.

Three days later, no one contacted us, and we decided to call ourselves, they answered us: that the technician looked at the equipment and found an error that the scanner did not capture paper, to which our employee replied that the scanner's error was that it scanned and captured paper but scanning half of the image is blurry, they were confused and said now we will contact the technician and call back, another day passes and no one called, we dial again, we are told that our scanner is being diagnosed. A few hours later we were contacted, the manager girl and asked to dictate an e-mail in order to send a list of what needs to be subdued, we were dictated to wait, two hours passed, there was no letter. I called the PCC company again, they told me to wait for more diagnostics. 11/05/2022 We called again. They dictated the to us, they told us that the scanner was being diagnosed, we asked the deadline, to which they said the deadline was 10 days from the date of delivery of the equipment, I explained that we handed it over on 10/25/2022 and today is the 12th day, to which the manager replied. That now everyone will find out and contact me, and once again they deceived, after 3 hours we dialed ourselves to which we get an answer that wait today you will receive a list. Today is 11/06/2022, nothing in the mail. On 11/08/2022 we called again ourselves, we were told that the scanner could not be repaired, there were no details. After that, they called HP, to which they received an answer, they worked for a year, the rest is your problem. In general, he does not advise anyone to use this technique, if you buy for a year, you can buy it much cheaper !
