Easy to use but slippery design.
The wood finish finish looks beautiful. Easy to program and codes work with my hardware. The only problem is that the shape and material of this remote seems almost intentionally designed to fall on the floor. Due to the rounded bottom and the smooth material, it slips off immediately on a hit or on a slightly uneven surface like on an air hockey table. A flat bottom shape stays in place much better. A less slippery, more rubbery material (like the black remote I used in the video for comparison) would also be a big help.
