I had a cheaper elevator that failed but had the ability to set a lower and upper limit. This Touchstone device was almost double the price but when I called tech support they said I need a PRO device which is another $170 more. I would have paid extra if I knew the $519 device didn't have it. The only option was to return the device and order #23401 PRO, but it won't ship until mid-August. Also, Revain PRO didn't sell! I replied that since the two units are exactly the same except for the control box and remote control, they should be willing to ship them to me even if I had to pay another $179. NO! I can not. BS I chose Touchstone because they proved to be the best company. I don't feel that way anymore
