This version is slightly different from the ones I bought a few years ago and of course there is little snow in August so the rating is debatable. I bought this for my sister who lives in Canada who received this product as a gift a few years ago - she loved it - it protected her windshield from ice and snow so she didn't have to scrape the ice off at 6am before going to work went. (no garage; off street parking) After a few years it was worn out and they asked for a new one. If it's half as good as the previous version, then it's worth the money.
