In short, a terrible experience. After I paid for the trial, I was promised a number of things - a dedicated account manager, a dedicated technical support engineer and even a live chat facility - all of which were not delivered. Instead I had to resort to emailing them every time something went wrong with their software. And even then, it wasn't always possible to reach anyone! A truly awful customer experience. The price is really high, you cannot get any help from sales department (I don't think they exist), so if you want good support, pay more than this one. If you try to negotiate your way through some cheap deal or find yourself an alternative, make sure there will no hidden charges. Otherwise just go somewhere else.
