The worst customer service ever.

In short, a terrible experience. After I paid for the trial, I was promised a number of things - a dedicated account manager, a dedicated technical support engineer and even a live chat facility - all of which were not delivered. Instead I had to resort to emailing them every time something went wrong with their software. And even then, it wasn't always possible to reach anyone! A truly awful customer experience.   • I think the program works very well and has all the features you would expect from a product of this kind
  • Its easy to get started with and the learning curve is not steep

The company is slow to respond to requests. They are unable to provide refunds.

What a joke! This was the second piece of software that I bought from these guys. I'm still waiting for my refund. So far they've spent 1 month telling me that they'll get back to me, but then nothing ever happens. If I hadn't already paid them for the first piece of software I'd never buy another one. They're very slow to respond, if you email them at all. Even when you call it's often too late because your request has been processed and closed without even an acknowledgement that it happened.

  • Is able to export the results in CSV format

Working with Robotfood was a fantastic experience! I had a couple of ideas that I wanted to bring to life. The guys here took my ideas and created something amazing. They listened to my feedback and made sure that every single detail was covered. They put together a website that showcases exactly how my brand would look and feel. It has a very clean and modern style. They added lots of information about my business so potential customers could get a better idea of who I am and what I stand for.
