I ordered this humidifier based on good reviews. I received it and it didn't work. I am assuming this is a defective item. I wanted to return it but the shipping cost is more than the refund. So there is no point in sending it back and paying even more at the end. It's sad because I wasted my money and I don't have a humidifier either. In this case, the seller must bear all courier costs. Very disappointed!
