If you're looking for an easy to use silicone mold with great results, buy this mold. It was well packed in a transparent zippered bag. As with most silicone molds you will need to use some oil and lightly flour them and place them on a baking rack before putting them in the oven. This mold is impressive because unlike other silicone molds, it's thick and durable so you don't have to worry about it falling or spilling its contents. I filled each squash 3/4 full with cake batter and let them rest at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. It usually takes 17 minutes for the cake, but considering the extra time for the silicone, you'll have to be patient. The result was definitely worth it as the squashes popped slightly out of shape after sitting on the refrigerated section for about 10 minutes. Made for a quick pumpkin decoration with my daughter and sister this Halloween 😬
