Ideal for oil filters located in awkward places. It worked, but my only caveat is that if you use it constantly on heavily stuck filters, I've worried about its longevity for years. The place where the key sits is not very thick and can bend with constant use. You might want to get a wrench with an extended neck that fits like a socket. If you use it for occasional oil changes it should work just fine. I would buy again if needed.
