Review on Solomark by Aaron Wood

As an avid outdoorsman, I couldn't wait to check out Solomark, an internet retailer that boasts a plethora of high-quality outdoor gear, including fishing and hunting supplies and firearms. Unfortunately, my dealings with this firm have been less than satisfying. To begin, they provide subpar assistance to customers. I contacted customer support multiple times with questions about products and shipping, but they were always unresponsive and unhelpful. It made me feel like my worries weren't important to them at all. Second, their turnaround periods are terrible. My order took weeks to come, and when it did, the condition was terrible. It was clear that the merchandise had been mishandled at some point during shipping because it was broken. Finally, I wouldn't trust the grade of their goods. I bought a scope for my hunting gun from them, but it failed after only a few outings. I contacted customer support, but was told that the problem was entirely my own doing and that they were powerless to help. To sum up, dealing with Solomark has been, well, less than ideal. Delivery times are long and service is unhelpful, and the quality of their goods is dubious. If you're in the market for an outdoor company, I wouldn't advocate this one.
