Review on Pyrex 234-PC Red Plastic Lid: Perfect Fit for 4 Quart Oblong Baking Dish by Brian Vasquez
The lid just doesn't fit.
Firstly, I have the right pyrex shell for this lid, so that's not a problem. Like many others, this thing just doesn't fit. Some people have suggested just heating it and the lid will stretch and while that works a bit the lid doesn't hold up to the stretch, it just shrinks back. It's a real shame because if the lid were a little bigger it would be a great lid. I'm wondering if the batch wasn't changed to the correct specs.
