Review on Endurance Hopkins 40920 Multi-Tow Connector with 7 Blade and 4 Flat Twist Mount by John Patterson

I like it a lot, now I don't have to carry that stupid adapter with me anymore. I only have a trailer with a 4-pin flat plug and always had to keep the adapter in the glove compartment. I'm glad I can finally get rid of it and simplify what I have to carry around. The quality seems good and it was 33% cheaper to buy from Revain than your local auto parts store. I also like that the cap for the 7 pin connector opens very high so it's easy to see when I need to plug this adapter in. The cover of my previous cable connector only opened to a roughly horizontal position and it was difficult to connect the trailer cable connector. The good thing is that it comes with some terminal grease so hopefully the ends don't corrode. This block is a little weaker when installed in my truck, but that doesn't bother me. Also, this block sticks out a little further than my old cable connector. I'm not sure when, but it's very noticeable, I'd say it juts out nicely from the mounting plate. I find it odd that this universal version has a 5 pin spade connector and this one has a 4 pin spade connector. Should have made it a 5 way as well but oh well I've never used a 5 way but when I do I still have to carry around an adapter. Oh, and one last plus, it's a lot cheaper than buying a comparable part from a GM/Chevrolet dealer.
