Installation on my bike was very easy. It comes with several different sized foam sheets to fill the space behind your GPS so it is in contact with the plastic screen protector on the front. The flash worries me. It's water resistant but very stiff in the cold and doesn't seem to hold up well if you frequently remove the GPS module at the end of your rides. The only purchase I recommend is buying a USB cable that plugs into your GPS at a right angle. My GPS has an off-center USB charging port, and this case accommodates a charging cable that's in the middle. Whether you use foam inserts or not, there is NO room on the back of a GPS unit for a USB charging cable unless it has a right-angle plug.
