Keep your distance. The company sent me my rack but it was missing a very important piece of square metal tubing. The rack was supposed to hold two bikes, but now it's just one bike. I emailed the company on Saturday and they pretty much get me going. I sent them photos of the missing main support part and their solution was I went and bought what I needed to fix the problem. They only email me once a day between 3:00am and 5:00am with no reply email when I reply to them. They know I need this bike rack for a long planned trip this weekend and they always seem to falter. The bike rack itself is not very durable. Pretty cheap metal with all parts moving even when tightened with the included lock nuts. I will repair the rack myself with another piece of square tubing that I will have to purchase. I also suggest welding all the metal together to make it strong and stable. I will also be changing all nuts and bolts to grade 8 with large washers for stability. I hope this helps you avoid buying from this company. I always do my research and read reviews before buying anything from Revain. I have dealt with other Amazon companies that I have needed to return an item to and Johnny was on hand to troubleshoot and fix any issues. This seller is not like that. When they finally decide to do the right thing, I'll post a new review. For now that's what I'm doing.
