Same problem as the old remote control.
I read the reviews and ordered anyway. I'm already having some of the same issues as the original remote that came with the TV. Sometimes it just doesn't work - you have to take the batteries out and put them back in - then it works. A little disappointed with the quality of this remote control. Love our Vizio TV and even bought another one for the downstairs family room but these remotes aren't great. It works right out of the box so no programming is required, which is great, but having to put batteries in and out to get it working is really frustrating.
