One of the zippers loosened (firmware) replaced 11/30/17
Today Saturday 11/22. The base has come loose, see the pictures, the up/down zip is stuck, the rest looks ok and can be used, but for the price I expected better quality. Update: Support left a message on November 28th. I resubmitted the photos and sent the replacement and it arrived yesterday, I am attaching photos of the zipper area, it has no problems and the stitches have no problems, the support was excellent and they sorted the problem out.
