Today Saturday 11/22. The base has come loose, see the pictures, the up/down zip is stuck, the rest looks ok and can be used, but for the price I expected better quality. Update: Support left a message on November 28th. I resubmitted the photos and sent the replacement and it arrived yesterday, I am attaching photos of the zipper area, it has no problems and the stitches have no problems, the support was excellent and they sorted the problem out.

This is a fantastic case! The quality is top notch and even with two 100lb dogs the mat stays in place and they can't break through it with their claws and rampage. It fits the back of my 2015 GMC Acadia perfectly, maybe even a little longer, but that's ok because it just covers the bumper more when getting in and out. Before I bought the big size for my 2019 Yukon (not XL) I read the comments and never got a good answer what size to buy. I measured the cargo space and it seemed to me that it was enough to cover the back row of the second row. However, the large one is barely wide enough to cover it from side to side. The back of the Yukon is 50 inches wide, and at 52 inches, the big one has to fit perfectly or it won't close. XL and simply fold the excess length down.

We ordered the big one and installed it in our 2016 Acura MDX. Works perfectly! Easy to lift and easy to remove (we only use it when transporting dogs). The bumper cover is a great addition that protects the bumper from those churning claws that just need to get inside the car before it exits. Just got this for my 2010 Ford Escape. The fit is really good and it seems like a quality construction. Cons: The Ford Escape requires you to remove the rear seat headrests if you want to fold the seats fully. This item fastens with a strap over the headrest so when you take it off, nothing can keep it in place. I bought the black X-Large and I love it. I use it in my Honda Pilot SUV. It covers the entire bed when the seats are all the way down and even has some extra fabric in the back when the tailgate is open so I can easily close the entire tailgate when I have a picnic or tailgate. Insert received yesterday, large. It smelled slightly "new" and the instructions said to air out during the day, but I wanted to use it right away. Anyway, the smell was gone after a day.
