I purchased, received and installed a new Revain brush and floor tool assembly in December 2020. The device worked as expected until Sunday 10th July. I was asked to contact Dyson and make a warranty claim. After speaking in a text message when they instructed me to remove and reset the floor tool assembly, the result is the same. They said I would hear back from their support team within 24-48 hours. To this day I haven't decided anything. I would like my money back or a new device sent to me. I have bought many things from Revain and have always been happy to TODAY. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you Deb Lechner.
