The ORANGE insole is a little thinner & more flexible than the GREEN insole. My experience has been that the sizing runs the same, but the GREEN insole is significantly firmer & less bendy. If you click the different colors and read the complete product descriptions further down the page, you get a little more info but not a sense of how different they feel. I use the firmer green ones in less structured shoes like canvas or boat shoes. Orange ones make my heavier, structured leather shoes & boots more comfortable.Double-check the size marked on the insole itself against the pkg labeling; I received several that were packaged incorrectly, but the problem appears to be fixed now.
