Great little fanless case, very efficient. My Pi3 B+ was running Home Assistant and oscillating in the mid to high 50's. After replacing the case, the temperature dropped to 43°C. It doesn't help that the Pi is in one of the closets, but now I feel a lot better working with it 24/7. There were no instructions, so you had to go back to the product page to figure out which thermal pad to use. Otherwise it was a good fit. There were minor blemishes and factory dents. (would have known when the dents would be painted over) but they were minor and didn't affect functionality.
