I first bought two 12" lights for my kitchen, they were easy to install and looked great so I bought a 7" light for my bathroom shower area. A friend saw mine and asked me to order three 9" lights for them. I plan to order two 5 inch hall lights. Installing them is pretty easy. I removed the old lights and attached the new crossbar to the junction box, hooked the ground wire around the green screw and tightened. I then inserted the black and white wires along with their respective terminals into the supplied wire nut, plugged them into the junction box and used the supplied plastic clips to secure the bracket to the crossbar. The two 12" mounts didn't have the crossbar seated squarely against the ceiling like the 7" and 9" mounts, so I squeezed a bead of sealant into the small gap between the ceiling and the mount. About a week later I bought a dimmer for a couple in the kitchen and they work exactly as they should.
