Worked then it didn’t work

It was easy to install. It was wonderful until it stopped working two months in. It stopped letting us in the house. Somebody had to be home to let everyone in. You could put the code in, your print in, it will go thru but it would not unlock. Not matter what we tried. And there is no one to talk to about help for situations like this. There is no customer service
