Worked then it didn’t work

It was easy to install. It was wonderful until it stopped working two months in. It stopped letting us in the house. Somebody had to be home to let everyone in. You could put the code in, your print in, it will go thru but it would not unlock. Not matter what we tried. And there is no one to talk to about help for situations like this. There is no customer service

  • If your phone battery dies, or if you lose or break your phone, you won't be able to use the app to unlock the door, which reduces reliability and adds stress

Works as expected! good for me

The lock works super good and it is extremely easy to install. One hole will need to be drilled with the supplied drill bit. It is no problem though as it is super easy to do and it also comes with a template to help you make the hole in the perfect location. very happy with my purchase, always look forward to unlocking my door. 😁

Won’t work …. For our set up :-(

Super sad because this is a great product … but we need separate deadbolt and separate handle …. Watch for that when you purchase

Excellent for airbnb or a regular home - great options for remote management

This is really well made electric/smart lock and works great for AirBnb and rentals. It has many features allowing multiple users to have access AND at the same time, owner has a full accountability and power to control access. You can easily assign codes for people to get in or override. You can set multiple fingerprints users, codes etc. If it is completely drained from power you can always use regular key to open the door OR you can charge it via charging port located under the handle using…
