best disappointed in Car Video

Worked great for the first 3-4 DVDs. Now it won't load or extract. Return the product and order a new one if I received a defective one. Will update when I get a new one. Received a second device, the power button only works sometimes and the remote sometimes doesn't respond to the device. Completely disappointed. I had to go to the store for the best price and pay more dollars for a famous brand.
