Review on Ground Administrative Manager by Eddie Duncan

The ease at which one can set up systems, create custom fields & workflows/policies is awesome! It's so easy that it actually feels like cheating sometimes because I know how much time we used to waste just trying to figure out what was going wrong with our old system or process before switching over (which happened multiple times).

We have not had any issues since moving into this new platform from an excel-based file manager. Definitely check them all out first if you are looking for something more robust than simple spreadsheet management - there isn't anything about their product itself as far as i'm concerned but they do help support everything after setup through email / chat service etc.
