I like that it is easy enough so even non-tech people can use, but also has many features which are very useful as well with some simple training! The ease at which one can set up systems, create custom fields & workflows/policies is awesome! It's so easy that it actually feels like cheating sometimes because I know how much time we used to waste just trying to figure out what was going wrong with our old system or process before switching over (which happened multiple times).
